Leading Media Entertainment Client is looking for Google Tag and Analytics Manager

Job Description: 
The Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics Temp will play a key role in ensuring proper tagging and reporting set up to support the Digital Marketing Analytics team in accurately measuring digital assets, platforms and campaigns. This role will be a subject matter expert on Google Tag Manager and will collaborate on a day-to-day basis with colleagues in Digital Marketing, stakeholders in IT and external partners. This person’s primary responsibility will be to implement and validate Google Analytics tagging including technical set up in Google Tag Manager with validation that tags fire properly and reporting/data flows, accurately capturing desired actions. Additionally, the GTM & GA Temp will support Google Analytics reporting needs. 

Education Requirements: 
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university -- preferably in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field of study 

o Strong understanding of digital marketing and/or e-commerce 
o 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager in web and mobile app environments 
o Proven track record of success with managing Google Analytics tagging and configuring Google Tag Manager including but not limited to strong understanding of: data layers, tagging, rules, variables, custom metrics set up 
o Solid knowledge of JavaScript & HTML 
o Quantitative mindset, with a desire to work in a digital data-focused environment 
o Savvy with respect to technical concepts and workflows that underpin digital analytics, such as debugging tools (Charles or Firebug), first- vs third-party cookies and data encryption 
o Strong project management capabilities, ability to coordinate multiple projects and prioritize
