A global beauty brand is looking to bring on a Digital Marketing Manager as a W2 Hourly Employee of Aquent. The Digital Marketing Manager will play an integral part in the brand's global digital strategy development across current and new online channels. The candidate should have previous experience or show particular interest in e-Commerce business, digital design and omni-channel strategies. 

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
• Digital content creation: 

- Develop Global e-Commerce content calendar and spearhead digital content strategies for all business driving initiatives: e-shop, e-retail 
- Manage global digital asset production and delivery, liaising with internal cross-functional teams and Digital designers 
- Coordinate global online animation calendars 
- Ensure the brand standards and values are consistently met amongst all markets 

• Analytics 
- Update monthly Google Analytics reports 
- Develop business analysis presentations for international management meetings 
- Develop business and competitor analysis across global markets and key performance indicators 

• Market support 
- Provide support and guidance to local markets on e-Commerce growth and optimization opportunities, based on site analytics, customer insights, industry best practices and strategic brand goals 
- Support market roll-out and implementation of Global initiatives 
- Lead global market communication & support on a daily basis 

- Bachelors’ degree required 
- Minimum of 1-3 years work experience, internship or professional experience preferred 
- Strongly preferred experience in e-commerce working with digital design and omni-channel strategies 
- Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud with working knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred 
- Extreme attention to detail with high organizational skills 
- Excellent communication and writing skills 
- Strong cross-functional partner 
- Dynamic, entrepreneurial personality with the ability to drive results 
- Proven expertise in problem solving and project management 
- Good organizational and prioritization skills required
