We are seeking a Digital Customer Experience Project Manager for an 8-9 month temporary role for our client in the energy industry.
The Digital Customer Experience (DCX) PM role will be responsible for project managing several critical projects across our Web, digital marketing, and web initiatives. This includes setting up and managing logistics for 5 face-to-face workshops across the US, facilitating the deployment of new "help me choose the right product" tools on our web site, managing our web improvement tracker and facilitating team meetings, tracking a partner locator project, helping deploy a new product health tool.
Across these projects we need someone with very strong:

Flexibility Autonomy/willingness to problem solve
Also we'd like this person to track all of our functional projects in terms of weekly progress updates, checking with the various owners on next steps and needs, etc. We do not need someone formally trained/certified, rather would prefer someone with strong general communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of digital marketing or digital customer experience would be ideal.
