BA, BFA or BS degree in related discipline, preferably from a leading institution (advanced degree preferred).
Minimum 5 -10 years of experience within media and/or creative agencies
Agency experience or experience with corporate marketing
Experience developing compelling sales materials and collateral
Outstanding written and oral communication and public speaking skills; strong organizational and analytical skills
Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy; strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position marketing programs in the market
Experience at highly creative agency(s) on big brands.
Strong interest in online advertising and in creating large-scale programs using the latest technologies in exciting and innovative ways.
