Working with trusted testers and helping to process and understand their feedback
Coding open-ended HATS responses
Usability testing for new products and ensuring we're ready for launch
Track participants whom are approached for various studies, building off the tracking spreadsheet currently in use
Understand all upcoming studies and “piggy back”, or combine efforts if it makes sense.
Help facilitate/track ongoing efforts with Legal, Sales, and Research Recruiting to put better long-term systems into place for enterprise studies.
May involve some collaboration with central UER recruiting team.
Other duties as assigned.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Coordinating with all the researchers (as well as PMs directly as researcher becomes more experienced) to plan out bi-weekly studies
Designing and running biweekly studies
Working with the central recruiting team, and appending extra related work for enterprise
Summarizing results from the studies
BA/BS in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Experimental Psychology, Anthropology, Information Science or related field or 4 years of equivalent practical experience
1-2 years of relevant work experience, including experience integrating user research into product designs and design practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and collaboration skills.
Nice to have Skills (not required):
Experience with remote usability testing tools, such as Keynote or UserZoom.
Strong understanding of strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product phase.
2-4 years of work experience in an applied research setting
