We are looking for a Technical Writer with expertise in writing procedures/processes for operational areas for our Financial Services client in Franklin, WI!
- Proven work experience in technical writing, demonstrating ability to synthesize and chunk multiple source of information into knowledge management categories with procedural, process and conceptual information for an insurance operations area.
- Ability to grasp complex concepts needed as well as ability to adhere to established writing guidelines.
- Ability to accept feedback from multiple sources and work through ambiguities is critical.
- Ability to work effectively with subject matter experts. Team experience desired.
- Proofreading and copy editing experience also desired.
- Successful candidate will be able to juggle multiple priorities and work under deadlines
Strong working knowledge of MS Office products and SharePoint needed. Prior knowledge management system work valuable.
