Analytics Specialist/Admin


 Looking for someone who can complete the day to day tasks like invoice processing, reporting, etc But also looking for someone who is motivated, and technically savvy to assist with Executive reporting, analyzing data and turning that data into a story. An ideal candidate is someone just out of college with some experience but driven to independently work and provide ideas. Looking for Bachelors degree, recent grads. 

Performs general administrative duties including but not limited to; assembling information, creating and modifying reports, coordinating travel or meeting arrangements, maintaining department records and procedures, and composing basic correspondence. 2 years minimum experience required. Knowledge of basic software functions; MS Word, MS Excel. Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM; experience with email systems; excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills; excellent telephone skills with the ability to handle multiline telephone; ability to work independently; excellent spelling, punctuation.
