Job Description:

Our pharmaceutical client is looking for a Senior Digital Innovations Consultant to join their Digital Innovation team. They are an enterprise group that is responsible for setting and activating new digital and big data strategies that will help our client meet business and customer needs in the future health landscape. Working across the commercial, research and development units, the team is responsible for incubating and accelerating transformative capabilities, stewarding an innovation portfolio and pipeline and managing policies and governance to support these activities. By partnering with a diverse range of internal and external partners, the team ensures that the next generation of data and technology solutions help transform how our client brings medicines to market and connects them with the patients they serve. 

The Sr. Manager will be a critical member of a dynamic team focused on incubating and operationalizing new capabilities focused on Clinical Trial Innovation & Technology. This colleague will report to the Team Leader accountable for this area.

Responsibilities, include but not limited to: 

• Lead cross-functional project team (incl. GPD, BT, BA) to identify and apply novel technologies (e.g. AI) that can enable our client to run clinical trials faster 
• Present progress updates for projects and share learnings to key stakeholders across a range of functions and divisions 
• Engage with the Digital Innovation team broadly to participate in progress reviews and providing management updates 




  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 5-7 years of experience working in a strategy, technology, innovation, consulting, or analytics function 
  • Strong understanding of Pharma Research & Development processes and emerging trends and innovations in this arena 
  • Demonstrated experience in and passion for applying innovative and emerging digital technologies to drive business impact ​
  • Proven track record of leading projects, being a change agent and leading teams that successfully achieve milestones and deliverables​
  • Demonstrated ability to be highly collaborative and influence and engage key stakeholders  
  • Excellent analytic and problem solving and planning capabilities and strong presentation and communication skills 
  • Ability to effectively and creatively work within the “white space” and prioritize activities and areas of focus
