Job Description:

This person will be responsible for content execution and review, including collaboration with internal stakeholders from several Product Pillars. Content channels include digital and direct mail efforts.


Responsibilities include:

  • Content Development and Execution:
    • Plan, develop and execute integrated marketing content – including blogs, eBooks, infographics, research reports and surveys.
    • Design, manage and execute persona based content, with the buyer’s journey in mind.
    • Project manage third party vendors and internal stakeholders for content support.
    • Content development and execution to support assets and activities such as online programs, webinars, nurtures, and events that map to appropriate target audience and customer buying cycle stage. 


  • Minimum of 3 years content experience, preferably in technology (HCM, BI, ERP) or as an independent author/copywriter
  • Successful track record of creating and executing integrated marketing content
  • Deep understanding of demand generation and content delivery
  • Very strong organizational, project management and written/verbal communication skills.  Detailed writing and editing skills, particularly with email, promotional copy, digital strategy and campaign briefing documents.
  • Experience managing programs/projects across cross-functional and virtual teams.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
