Our top Consumer Goods client is seeking a Producer for a 10 month temporary assignment with full benefits. The assignment has potential to extend if it's a good fit!

This is NOT a TV or Movie Producer role. This is a technical Digital Producer and this person MUST have a strong understanding of web/app design and development and related technologies.

Job Title: Digital Producer 
Duties: The Producer will be responsible for bringing brands to life on a variety of interactive platforms (online, video game consoles, handhelds, mobile, eCommerce and emerging media). 
Seeking a Digital Producer for digital marketing initiatives across several global brands. This role will partner with digital marketing leads and cross-functional global digital leads to lead and produce projects through the development phase and will be responsible for driving web and app executions from start to closure. Work in close cooperation with the creative teams, key account managers and stakeholders leveraging internal and external resources, planning/creating schedule and budgets, and delivering products on time and in budget. They will also be responsible for tracking and meeting key performance results, keeping stakeholders well informed of status, and cultivating a culture of continuously improving the project management process 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
+ Lead the estimation, planning and management of web creative design and implementation projects (generally with the assistance of creative and technical leads) 
+ Lead the estimation, planning and management of marketing apps, working closely with internal stakeholders and external developers 
+ Assist in definition of scope and UX design 
+ Track and adhere to project schedules and budgets 
+ Manage internal teams and external vendors 
+ Clearly and concisely communicate the project status to program leadership, business stakeholders, and other teams in the program 
+ Involvement with production support and issue resolution activities 
+ Raise awareness of dependencies and impediments to the sprint/iteration 
+ Prioritize, track, and remediate issues 
+ Ability to find ways to improve process and tools to gain efficiencies 
+ Manage QA process, including initiating, reviewing, assigning and triaging bugs 
+ Make web and app content updates through the CMS 

Skills: 
Strong understanding of web/app design and development and the related technologies 
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead through influence 
Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile) 
Ability to quickly pivot between high level strategic thinking and detailed tactical execution and implementation 
Demonstrates strong knowledge and thorough understanding of digital landscape 
Highly organized, self-starter, must be willing to jump in and get the job done if necessary 
Proven collaboration skills in improving process and work flow management 
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment 
Ability to parcel and delegate technical projects and develop production team members 
Excellent reporting and analytic skills, both quantitative and qualitative, with strong attention to detail. Experience with Google Analytics or comparable 
Experience working in a web CMS 

Education: 
Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably marketing and commercial execution
