The Creative Services Specialist is responsible for supporting and assisting in translating marketing objectives into compelling stories and high-quality creative that builds consumer awareness, deliver exceptional experiences, and ultimately drive loyalty of the company brands throughout the Americas. The Creative Services Specialist is the bridge between internal company departments (Marketing, PR, Sales, Business Development); the Creative Services team; and agencies, freelancers and partners. They will assist in ensuring that the Creative Services Team is meeting the company needs and working with all the key functions that go into creating the creative output. They assist in the trafficking of projects and jobs and with administration of all tasks. 

Key Responsibilities 
• Support the Creative Services team in the management, review and delivery of specific projects to pre-agreed quality, cost & delivery (QCD) criteria across a range of market verticals and media types 
• Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends 
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns 
• Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.) 
• Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns 
• Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts 
• Assisting implementation of systems and process internally to ensure efficiency throughout 
• Adhere to processes and procedures in place and follow to ensure consistently excellent project briefing, management and delivery 
• Assist in trafficking projects appropriately either internally or externally with agencies and partners 
• Assist in the administrative tasks associated with all projects and jobs 
• To assist with project reviews covering quality, cost and delivery aspects 

• 2+ years of creative agency or corporate creative services experience 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Writing, Design, or similar creative field 
• Be organized, with strong attention to detail and time management skills 
• Flourish when working within a team of different people 
• Be able to juggle competing demands from internal departments 
• Be responsible for managing relationships through effective communication, problem solving, and responding to requests 
• Take briefs and, where required, support the Creative Services Manager and Director with creative briefs 
• Have strong presentation skills 
• Ensure that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these 
• Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions and next actions 
• Intimate understanding of design, copy and web best practices/guidelines 
• Strong project management abilities, prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints and within budget parameters
