Job Description:

Duties:

  • Handle operational interactions with test delivery and test development vendors
  • Ensure content (exams, blueprints, other collateral) accuracy to reflect product updates, terminology changes etc in a timely fashion by coordinating with subject matter experts
  • Project management and coordination of localization activities and ensure timely release of exams per project plans
  • Manage event planning, logistics and execution
  • Coordinate SME recruitment/communication, work assignments and rewards/incentives
  • Schedule program activities (workshops, team presentations, etc)
  • Work with regional and crossfunctional team members and advocates to drive support for the program
  • Maintain internal policies and process documentation
  • Assemble market intelligence from various sources for review
  • Review and evaluate vendor reports (volume, pass-rate, surveys, financials, forensics, web monitoring, etc)
  • Triage candidate support, escalations and security issues
  • Administer roles, permissions and business rules in vendor systems
  • Import and export data as needed to/from different systems and formats for reporting requests
  • Coordinate customer acceptance testing of vendor systems releases and upgrades
  • Coordinate and/or conduct live testing (exam) events
  • Coordinate vendor business reviews (at program manager/coordinator, project manager, operational levels)
  • Identify ways to improve efficiencies and increase impact

Requirements:

  • Testing and Certification creative experience 
  • Quality assurance as applicable to assessments
  • Project management and relevant program management experience
  • Customer service and empathy
  • Database, spreadsheet and reporting skills
  • Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills (including factual reporting, presentation design, use of appropriate tone and voice for difference audiences, ability to work with marketing and creative on messaging and calls to action)
  • Strong analytic/investigative capabilities with attention to detail

Education:

  • BA/BS in relevant disciplines or equivalent experience
