As the Product Marketing Manager, CRM, you’ll be is responsible for developing and executing the executing the CRM strategy for a subscription product. Your goal will be to grow the business through the development of CRM, lifecycle, and loyalty concepts and campaigns that deliver high impact and build long-term customer engagement. Your responsibilities includes identifying customer segments relevant to different programs and promotions, building a content strategy, insight generation, data analysis and campaign production and deployment. We’re looking for a person with a growth hacking mindset, that is capable of bringing innovation and executional excellence to our program.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
_Create customer lifecycle marketing frameworks and strategies to engage and retain customers for a new product, focusing on email but also covering push and in app notifications.
_Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies and provide reporting to convey results to stakeholders
_Lead overall project management functions and deliverables for CRM programs and campaigns, including content development, asset management, localization, and deployment.
_Work closely with our partners (Creative agencies, Product Marketing, Analytics teams) to manage projects and gather feedback and approvals effectively and in a timely manner
_5+ years of experience managing CRM for B2C programs (required) with a strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation and testing strategies
_Subscription Marketing experience is a plus
_Prior experience of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM, SugarCRM)
_Strategically and analytically capable to match day-to-day execution requirements
