Our client is looking for somebody to join the Digital Services Team. The Digital Customer Experience project seeks to enhance the customer experience through a comprehensive redesign/re-platforming of all digital channels including the Company’s website, mobile, and Apps
- You will be responsible for collaborating and working with both business and IT to provide solutions to deliver value to customers and stakeholders,
- Responsible for the backlog on one agile team that may impact multiple product, and you will have the opportunity to work on other ancillary projects concerning digital transformation
- Product Owner builds relationships with various business unit leaders, learns about needs and brings back to agile team. Manages Projects to make sure deliverables are meeting expectations
- Presents deliverables to business unit leaders across organization.
- Will be the product owner for 1 product but helping across multiple products
- Conducts research to determine business trends with Digital, Web, Mobile app use)
