As a Local Partner Manager in this assignment with Aquent's client, you will support the Community Engagement Manager in bringing economic opportunity programs to high priority cities in the United States. You will provide operational support to local partner organizations, ensuring they have the information and assets they need to promote and participate in client events and to deliver client programs.
You are a self-starter, multi-tasker, people person who is attentive to detail. And you are passionate about leveraging technology, platforms and programs to provide Americans with the opportunity to prepare for work, find a new job and grow their businesses.
-Assist in the recruitment and cultivation of local partners that will promote client events and programs and deploy digital skills trainings in their cities.
-Provide key day-to-day support to local organizations, key businesses, schools and government leaders, and ensure local partners’ perspectives are reflected in client strategies.
-Distribute creative assets to partners, with keen attention to detail.
-Monitor, track, and report on partner activity.
-Communicate and collaborate across a wide range of internal stakeholders.
-BA/BS in any field. In lieu of degree, 5+ years relevant experience in community outreach
-2-3 years of professional experience in non-profit management, community organizing, coalitions, field campaigns, advocacy, or social impact.
-Strong organizational and project management skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excited and passionate to travel and meet people, ready for to up to 20% domestic travel

-Demonstrated proficiency with GSuite tools and social media.
-Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
