Job Description:

The Sales Enablement Coordinator will be responsible for:

•     Assisting with the expansion of a sales training mobile  learning application.  This would require organizational skills.
 Issue regularly scheduled questions, track responses and report back to marketing leaders

• Cross team Collaborations skills
 Work with various groups in  a matrix reporting model

• Possess Analytical skills
 Track and help analyze results, adoption rate, gap areas

• managing and tracking sales enablement activities as well as help to track participation and analyze success criteria

•     Coordination and logistics skills of sales enablement activities
o Training/Enablement sessions, in person and virtual
o video learning tools

• support global seller campaigns and processes

• help manage vendor POs and deliverables

• help create email templates. conduct list pulls


•         BA/BS degree
•         Organizational skills, project management and program management skills
•         Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and quickly pick up new skills/tools
•         Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal formats
•         Ability to deliver to multiple and aggressive deadlines and across a variety of projects
•         Very good computer skills (MS Office, Word, excel)
•         Knowledge of Oracle Marketing tools is a plus
•         Knowledge of Oracle Cloud and Converged Infrastructure solution are a plus
