Job Description:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
¥ Aggregate data from various systems into a central data visualization tool (e.g., SAS database, Tableau, etc.) 
¥ Help identify strategic KPIs across programs and channels 
¥ Develop and implement necessary tracking mechanisms (E.g., tracking URLs, site tags, etc.) 
¥ Help establish internal and external benchmarks 
¥ Analyze data and create insights/recommendations across channels 
¥ Create and maintain monthly digital dashboard; support ad hoc reports as needed 
¥ Partner with corporate analytics teams to streamline reporting 
¥ Explore tools and capabilities for tracking “who’s on our site” 
¥ Create monthly performance report for thought leadership programs (includes analysis of promotion channels, content topics and overall site performance) 
¥ Assist in the development of monthly social selling report 
¥ Support SEO and Adwords reporting as needed 
¥ Build custom reports in Adobe Analytics as needed 
¥ Manage and sanitize marketing lists to ensure CAN-SPAM and CASL 
¥ Uploading marketing lists and insights reporting using marketing automation platform (Marketo) 
¥ Deliver campaign reporting to Marketing teams as assigned 
¥ Ensure content, digital and marketing teams have metrics and insights in a timely manner 
¥ Contribute to technology roadmap 

Client Description:

The Commercial Banking Marketing, Communications and Strategy team is hiring a Digital Analytics Consultant to support the Digital Marketing Strategy Team. 
The Digital Marketing Strategy Team is responsible for promoting Commercial Banking products and services across digital channels, including corporate websites, social media, targeted e-mail, display advertising, search engines and more. The team is also responsible for staying current on industry best practices and providing strategic guidance across all channels. 
The primary goal of the Digital Analytics Consultant is to gather and analyze data across multiple systems and deliver actionable insights to the business. A strong background in Microsoft Excel and program optimization is required. 


• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics or a related field required 
• 2-3 years of experience in a business intelligence, analyst or technical role 
• Experience with data visualization tools (E.g., SSRS, Crystal Reports, Tableau)  
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 
• SQL and database query experience is a plus 
• Experience with marketing automation tools (E.g., Marketo, Eloqua, etc.) is a huge plus 
• Experience with CRM applications and data models is a huge plus 
• Excellent attention to detail and strong project management skills 
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment 
• Excellent presentation skills
