This position is responsible for ensuring marketing communications flow through required processes in a timely manner, including writing/editing, entering job tickets, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for approvals, publishing, and translation.
Position requires detail-orientation, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to self-manage, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and a willingness to perform some level of rote/administrative tasks.
Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years generalist communications experience.
Must present excellent writing samples.
Proficient in use of PC platform, MS Office/Outlook, and conference call/web meeting applications, and able to learn other programs quickly.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience.
Experience with health care, insurance or other regulatory/government communications is preferred.
Traffic/project management experience in an agency or high-output marketing department is helpful.
