Job Description:

We are looking for an organized self-starter to join this global tech org's consumer products team for gaming, to help grow the brands through merchandise sales and retail development. The Associate Manager will support the Consumer Products internal teams by managing communications with key stakeholders, developing marketing executions through e-commerce and events designed to drive fan engagement, and help cultivate consumer products presence at retail. 
A successful candidate has strong communication skills, with a steady progression of increased responsibility and impact. You have demonstrated your ability to define clear goals and develop creative, high-impact programs to achieve those goals, grounded in a deep understanding of the target customers and of partners in the ecosystem. You have successfully collaborated with product development, marketing, and sales teams to create effective consumer value propositions. Most importantly – you have a passion for what you do. 

•Coordinate and assist with internal stakeholders and peer groups, implementing communication tools, information sharing and best practices, with a focus on delivering actionable information to retail, marketing and studio teams 
•Partner closely with external/internal licensors and agencies to manage the consumer products marketing calendar 
•Through coordination with internal teams create and manage the product release calendar, retail placement grid, and product catalog across multiple properties 
•Assist with developing and distributing sales & marketing materials to be delivered to internal and external partners 
•Help implement the go-to-market strategy for consumer products at retail stores, e-commerce, and fan events 
•Create and deliver social media marketing content for owned channels that drives awareness, engagement & purchase intent worldwide for our gaming consumer products. Manage calendar of social media for consumer products, coordinating with internal and external teams, including international agents 
•Using an intimate knowledge of pop culture and competitive brands, analyze retail trends and behavior through retail store checks at brick and mortar and online to advise and assist the team with product development and planning 

*Qualifications and Skills* 
•3-5 years of experience working with Entertainment franchises and brand development. 
•Experience planning and executing project specific initiatives including creative, social media, marketing, PowerPoint presentation, partnerships, and focused events. 
•Proven success partnering with business and creative teams. 
•Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional organization. 
•Excellent communication and follow-up skills. 
•Business degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
