Job Description:

For this assignment with Aquent's client, we are looking for an experienced and creative user interface designer to work on multiple immediate UX needs from the very large such as a branch new Mobile Cloud program that needs added features for test lab to existing features. The user interface designer will be responsible for creating and designing needs that would optimize user interaction and experience. The ideal candidate will have a creative yet organized approach to tackling problems and creating solutions and strong ability to understand the flow of information.

Overall Responsibilities:
1)Gauge the usability of new and existing products, and making constructive suggestions for change
2)Help to define the user model and user interface for new and existing products and features
3)Work with team leadership to create wire frames, storyboards, and conceptual models for testing and building
4)Collaborate on scenarios, end-to-end experiences, and screen designs
5)Conduct user testing of applications, software, and websites

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
1)Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards, mock ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
2)Participate and contribute in periodic meetings and share updates, practice standards and interaction with various levels
3)Work closely with engineering, front end, and back end developers as needed

Required Qualifications:
3-5 years’ previous experience in UI,engineering,UX,programming,or related roles
Solid academic background in human-computer interaction or related field
Demonstrated experience in designing usable web-based interfaces.
Solid HTML skills. Knowledge of JavaScript for rapid prototyping purposes.
Superior computer skills;HTML,CSS,JavaScript,IT,and programming troubleshooting
Knowledgeable in wire-framing tools,storyboards,user flows,and site mapping
Strong visual design sense
Excellent leadership,communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have Skills:
Prior Mobile applications development experience
