Job Description:

​Aquen't client is launching global retail merchandising operations. In this assignment as an Operations Coordinator, you will manage & coordinate 3rd party agencies across geographies, ensuring information used by all parties is accurate and delivered in a timely manner. You have experience project managing process rollout projects across large stakeholder groups. Experience in the retail industry is a plus. You have strong attention to detail and stay extremely organized. You plan projects, define milestones, assess risks, analyze improvement opportunities and help meet deadlines & targets. You also manage all project-related communications. You are organized, thoughtful, and enjoy creating order out of chaos.

Top Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with 3rd party agencies & client teams on merchandising administrative operations like managing & maintaining merch visit schedules, promotion calendars etc
2. Lead localization/customization and deployment of field surveys across countries
3. Update and maintain global systems & data management tools with primary data (user lists, store lists, planograms, exceptions)

Additional Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with 3rd party agencies on field data reporting compliance like ensuring compliance to standard surveys, timely receipt of data, tracking all reporting failures etc
- Report system bugs and project manage issue resolutions
- Coordinate reporting systems & platform enhancements in alignment with global priorities & field feedback

Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in business or related field
- 5 years experience in a global/regional retail systems management
- Prior experience in merchandising, retail operations, field force management, market research project management is a plus
- Project management experience
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Juggle ever-changing priorities and deadlines
- Schedule flexibility
