Summary: This position will assist in designing and managing the GIL Agile and SharePoint sites and engage with project, design and support teams to build and maintain content within the sites. This position will also provide metrics reporting, generate and collate feedback from SharePoint surveys, and implement operational reports for Office 365 using Excel, Power BI and, PowerShell for the GIL Agile Program. 

Required Skills: 
• 2-4 years’ experience required of SharePoint Site Administration 
• 1-2 years’ experience required in PowerShell 
• 1-2 years’ experience with Power BI or equivalent tool 
• 2+ years’ experience in Business Analysis or Systems Analysis 

Preferred Skills: 
• SharePoint Online 
• Office 365 
• Web Design 
• Previous experience in a large enterprise environment 
• Bachelor's degree 

• Facilitate post migration activities on the GIL Agile and EUSA SharePoint sites after migration to SharePoint Online 
• Provide metrics reporting, generate and collate feedback from SharePoint surveys 
• Design and implement operational reports using tools such as Power BI and PowerShell
