Duties and Responsibilities: 

Partner with teams to create and implement marketing programs that drive enrollments and increase subscription growth. 
Lead project development and implementation for programs requiring digital marketing, print advertising, direct mail, collateral/POS, employee/dealer training, and event marketing, with contributions to strategy as well as tactical implementation. 
Monitor and report on performance and suggest improvements and alternative approaches based on quantitative results and qualitative feedback. 
Develop creative briefs, present program strategy and ensure plans are executed to meet objectives. 
Collaborate with Sales Team, Field Team and peers in developing, analyzing, and recommending strategic and tactical changes on marketing, advertising and merchandising campaigns while ensuring brand integrity across all mediums. 
Manage implementation of exclusive Promotions, Sweepstakes and premium incentives. 
Manage on-going Dealer Engagement email communication stream and dealer websites, including creative optimizations, tracking and analytics. 
Monitor and analyzes the 2-month online trial activation program and works with key stakeholders on data analysis and provides insight which can be turned into actionable items. 
Manage established budget for specific marketing programs. 
Maintain annual marketing calendar for all activities in Automotive Remarketing Organization. 
Monitor POS stock levels and usage rates, schedules & orders printing of new or updated materials on a timely basis. 
Provide Status reports and analytics on a timely basis. 
Travel as required (estimated 10-20%), may include weekend events. 
Perform other duties as assigned. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Advertising or Communications or equivalent, relevant experience. 
5 years of professional experience. 
Experience leading complex projects and/or managing cross functional groups. 
Advertising agency and/or corporate marketing experience in the areas of product marketing, B2B marketing, advertising, digital marketing, promotions, merchandising, and promotions and/or coordinating industry events. 
Experience in Automotive sector or in subscription-based business in is desired.

General understanding of Car Electronics, Home Electronics or Mobile Devices.
