Job Description:

This person understands, documents process automation for end users. This role will also be involved in training and reporting, as well as process improvement.

Business Process Analyst:

  • Identifies user requirements and assists with the design, development and documentation of business processes
  • Assists in the development of user training and works with users to ensure that processes are correctly followed
  • Coordinates and conducts user training
  • Initiates and coordinates process improvement projects
  • Communicates with business units to ensure business needs are met
  • Generation of metrics to determine if processes are followed / desired results acheived
  • Is an advocate to the business unit and user community
  • Application of process and system knowledge to problem resolution
  • Assists in supervising others




Undergraduate degree in a business related field

10+ years of experience in a related field

Should have direct experience in field of process specialization and extensive knowledge of business processes and process management techniques
