Job Description:

- Lead development of search marketing campaign KPIs and produce a standard dashboard reporting designed to monitor and improve search marketing campaign performance 
- Develop and support more specific targeting strategies within a test and learn approach 
- Provide professional level training to divisions starting up or currently using search marketing 
- Strategize, implement, manage, and optimize on-going PPC efforts, ensuring that traffic and ROI goals are met and exceeded 
- Monitor program budgets and competitive landscape to ensure high profitability 
- Stay-up-to date on new developments, trends and technologies in the PPC space 
- Work with technology partners to understand system functionality and roadmaps 
- Coordinate analytics setup for various marketing efforts with immediate and extended teams. 
- Assist with the development of online marketing forecasts and business cases 
- Tactically execute on high-level strategies identified to grow and optimize the search channel 
- Quickly identify causes and solutions to issues or unexpected results through analysis. 
- Contribute to the development of the overall search marketing strategy and processes 

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: 
- 3+ years minimum hands-on experience with the following criteria: 
- Search engine marketing and display advertising experience 
- Account management experience 
- Experience executing search marketing tactics 
- Proficient with Excel, Word, Power Point 
- Self-directed and an enthusiastic team player 
- Strong analytical skills 
- Excellent writing & communication skills 
- Proven track record of success 
- Knowledge of computer & technology products 
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced dynamic environment 

The following is a plus, but not required 
- Experience working with Adobe analytics or Media Optimizer 
- SEM experience with China, Japan, Korea, and/or European Regions
