Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Program Manager will be responsible for collaborating with marketing leaders to plan and execute campaigns through the website, email, social, SEO, and syndication channels (among others) in order to build brand awareness, drive customer retention, and generate leads to support the sales team. This individual will also be in charge of campaign and website reporting and be responsible for using data in order to regularly optimize campaigns and boost results. 

The primary responsibilities of this role include: 
• Digital Marketing Campaigns 
o Conceive, define, and execute campaigns focused on brand awareness, customer retention, and lead generation 
o Collaborate with marketing leaders to support business initiatives 
o Manage all campaign channels: email, social, SEO, syndication, etc. 
• Digital Marketing Reporting and Analysis 
o Campaign reporting and continuous optimization of campaigns through measurement, testing, and segmentation 
o Monthly KPI reporting 
• Measure, report, and analyze all key performance indicators from all relevant data sources including roycefunds.com (using Google Analytics), Marketo, social media, PR initiatives, SalesForce and customer data feeds 
o Create ad-hoc reports for business leaders 
• Support Digital Marketing strategies 
o Uncover trends and insights from internal and industry data to improve our marketing efforts and better support our clients 
o Manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, including site tagging requirements 
o Support initiatives related to Google Webmaster Tools, Site Search, SEO and SEM 
o Provide recommendations to improve usability of marketing tools and campaigns 

• Bachelor's degree, with specific training and experience in related field 
• Minimum of 5-7 years experience in digital marketing 
• Background in marketing automation, web and digital analytics preferred 
• Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to effectively work independently, as well as part of a team
• Extremely detail oriented with teamwork skills and the ability to work across functional teams and all levels of the organization 
• Strong user experience/design sense, interest in marketing and customer engagement 
• Expertise in MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
• Experience with web and/or marketing analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture, Coremetrics, etc.) 
• Experience with marketing automation tools, lead scoring a plus (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, etc.) 
• Collaborative mindset that inspires those around them (peers and those more senior) to be creative and try new things
