Sr/Principle level Interaction Designer contract opportunity with Fortune 500 Tech company in Mountain View!

  • Deliver work based on a Lean UX build-measure-learn process
  • Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver holistic experiences that evoke emotion yet are grounded in customer insights, business goals, and technological realities
  • Turn visions into concepts and translate those concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity, despite the complexity of the system for a set of tools that connect employees with customers
  • Test your hypothesis with users using a variety of methodologies
  • Collaborate so effectively with developers, researchers, product management and other team members that they ask to work with you again; use facilitative leadership skills to drive the best outcomes
  • Be so up to date with design trends and technologies that you are a go-to person in the community

  • A quick learner, highly articulate and well organized; you will be picking up existing work, expanding it, and communicating it cross-functionally



  • A degree in interaction design or a relevant field
  • 5+ years’ experience delivering software products
  • A dazzling online portfolio featuring your innovative solutions
  • Experience with information architecture/navigation design and designing for emotional engagement
  • Deep knowledge of design principles and methods, innovation, and ideation tools
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Invision, Omnigraffle, or Axure
  • BIG plus: visual design or motion design experience!
  • Bonus: HTML/CSS Prototyping skills
