Job Description:

One of our Fortune 500 and Financial clients is in need of a Digital Content writer that can create copy for our financial services and insurance digital properties. As the User Experience Digital Content Writer you will be responsible for writing content for company web sites and applications within project timelines and schedules. This includes coordinating digital content projects and analyzing business partner communication needs to determine content strategy for digital-based communication. You will ensure the content adheres to established brand standards and meets the user's needs. You'll interface with business stakeholders to review and iterate on content deliverables, and you may serve as a team and/or project leader.

The User Experience Digital Content Writer stays current of web developments and trends to evaluate the feasibility for the company, and reviews new content approaches and recommends the most appropriate ones for the enterprise as well as working with other content teams to ensure content consistencies.

The User Experience Digital Content Writer must possess excellent communication and organization skills. You will work collaboratively with many others including Researchers, Information Architects, Creative Technologists, Visual Designers, Developers and more. You will present work to clients and build relationships with business partners, establishing yourself as an expert in your field and a reliable resource. You should be comfortable participating in design workshops, brainstorming and other idea-generating team sessions.

You will be expected to think strategically and communicatel engaging stories. You will be able to guide the client towards the right solutions by forming compelling and informed persuasive arguments. You will help evangelize a chosen direction, recognizing which battles to fight and the appropriate opportunities to push boundaries. This means you can work within given business constraints and ensure alignment of creative execution to business goals while producing measurable results.
