Job Description:

Aquent's client, is seeking a Presentation Designer for this temporary assignment. This individual must be able to present a strong portfolio showcasing high-end presentation design skills (i.e. animation, builds, charts and diagrams) and clean design aesthetic, in addition to ability to design infographics, iconography, 1-sheeters, or other sales collateral. This person must be highly creative, deadline-driven, and know how to appropriately manage feedback and expectations from internal stakeholders.

This position requires someone who is driven by their efficiency, quality work and professionalism.  This role will primarily be focused on assisting in a rebranding effort, ensuring the new brand integrated throughout all sales collaterals. This will require adherence to defined processes and attention to details – both written and visual.

This production-focused position could also include ad hoc assignments working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate complex ideas and messages into a clear narrative flow, with compelling and surprising creative hooks, smart visual metaphors, and great design.


  • Identify outdated branding to replace it with new branding effort across various types of sales collaterals
  • Follow process requirements and report on progress in a precise and timely manner
  • Review quality of work to ensure accuracy of end product
  • Create highly polished presentations for internal and external clients
  • Develop persuasive, engaging sales presentations with compelling content and visuals for various segments of their sales department
  • Collect and communicate data and develop infographics, iconography, charts, graphs, and diagrams
  • Collaborates with stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Conduct image sourcing and licensing as needed
  • Develop a deep level of understanding of client’s visual identity and style
  • Work directly with Solutions Manager to prioritize work and ensure quality deliverables


  • BA/BS Degree in any field of study
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in presentation or graphic design
  • Expert in Keynote, PowerPoint, Google slides, Google Docs and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to pick up technology easily (interfaces, softwares, design software, etc,...)
  • Ability to tell stories visually
  • Strong skills in written communication and copy editing
  • Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touchpoints
  • Proven experience managing multiple project assignments with overlapping schedules and changing priorities in a time-pressured environment while sticking to deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills, extreme attention to detail, commitment to producing excellent work
  • Self-confidence, ability to hear multiple points of feedback and make creative decisions
  • Polished, positive, can-do personality, flexibility and sense of humor

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with sales communication including creating sales collateral
  • Avid learner, strong research and writing skills
  • Experience in Advertising Technology including Google Adwords, DoubleClick
