Job Description:

Are you a skilled, organized and meticulous Production Artist looking to join an exciting and fast paced team with a top financial company? We are looking for a methodized and skilled Production Artist to join our client on site in their New York City office with their Creative Services team! This Production Specialist must a good eye for layout and details and must be able to partner with designers. 

So what are we looking for in this role? You must have a strong proficiency with InDesign Creative Cloud and ability to work in a PC based environment. You must be able to interpret brand guidelines and use templates and you must have experience in creating charts and graphs and re-sizing assets for multiple digital channels. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize are required. 

Sounds pretty incredible, we know! So what are some of the day-to-day responsibilities in this role? Let’s take a look! 

− You will create print/digital files based on art director/designer instructions, from existing materials and prepare production quality graphic art files for digital and print media using InDesign and other Adobe Creative Suite programs. 
− You will accurately make revisions to files 
− You will communicate and partner effectively and interact well with peers, supervisors and marketing partners 
− You will attend appropriate meetings on the projects assigned (team and production meetings)

− You must have five or more years as a Studio Production Artist and have expert knowledge with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 
− You must be able to work in PC based environment 
− You must have knowledge of MS Office Programs (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) 
− You must have proficiency in animating gifs, placing live links, Flash and/or Adobe Script a plus. 
− You must have strong listening, communication, service driven expertise 
− You must have keen attention to detail and accuracy 
− You must have the ability to multi-task multiple projects and have strong time management skills
