This individual will play a key role in ensuring projects meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. You will be responsible for supporting project teams in integrating change management activities into our clients project plans. the change manager will act as a coach for senior leaders in assisting them in the fulfillment of the role of change sponsor. You will also provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help direct reports through transitions.
- Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor road map, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
- Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
- Complete change management assessments
- Integrate change management activities into project plan
- Manage the change portfolio
- Support change management at the organizational level
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change process
