Job Description:

Our client is an Agency in Wellesley Massachusetts- very close to Boston. They are in start up mode and this is a very exciting time to bring creative in house for our client. The Agency will be fully staffed to support all media across all touchpoints. This is a great career opportunity, where growth is determined by you. There are many things we are going to do.   • Drives all creative projects requested of the creative services department and traffics through workamajig​ – project management system. 
  • Receives and reviews all creative briefs submitted to the department, and receives input and approval to proceed from the Creative Director and Brand Manager.
  • Works with art director(s) to assign creative resources, then creates a detailed production schedule for each project.
  • Works closely with graphic designers, copywriters, retouchers, photographers, print production, brand marketing and other team members as required to monitor and move all projects throughout the design and production process.
  • Reviews daily work schedule with Art Director(s) & Brand Manager.
  • Publishes a daily production status report to ensure complete and constant transparency and clarity across all team members of schedules and job status
  • Foresees potential scheduling and delivery conflicts early and proactively proposes solutions for resolution for review by Brand Manager
  • Assists brand marketing team in scheduling creative brief reviews, project kickoff meetings, pre-production meetings, and approval meetings when required.
  • Manages internal routing of all concepts, layouts, artwork and digital proofs for review.
  • Often compiles design and copy feedback and relays those changes to design and copy teams.
  • Makes sure all materials are properly signed off and approved by Creative Director, Brand Manager and VP of Marketing – as well as other departments as needed.
  • Works with the e-commerce team to ensure all daily web updates occur in a timely manner.
  • Assists creative team in maintaining and archiving all files in an organized and consistent manner, including artwork, photography, and video files.

Requirements:

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • 2-3 years of progressive traffic experience at an agency or in-house creative services department.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with experience in scheduling, resource allocation and management, and task dependencies.
  • Understanding and experience with print and digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, while juggling multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resourceful, with excellent problem-solving skills – must be able to foresee scheduling conflicts and take quick action when schedules go off course.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident, with a positive disposition and ability to be calm under intense pressure, as well as firm or flexible as the situation requires.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude, and with the ability to work independently or collaboratively with multiple people and/or teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and project management tools (specifically workamajig​).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
