Job Description:

Aquent's Fortune 100 client is looking for a CRM Project Manager to work a long-term assignment, on-location for 40 hours/week, in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Manager/Senior Project Manager and internal and external partners during the production of a CRM Campaign
  • Ensure alignment between CRM strategy and creative
  • Ensure that the established process is followed by the agency and internal partners in marketing and merchandising
  • Ensure that all required documentation, including the editorial calendar, are distributed to produce CRM programs utilizing email, mobile, social and any other active CRM channels, through existing platforms
  • Assist in developing and maintaining editorial calendar & segmentation matrices (any and all required documentation)
  • Assist in creating KPIs reports for measuring success against organizational objectives
  • Manage execution and measure ROI of assigned CRM life cycle management programs
  • Play a key role in executing the omnichannel CRM contact strategy

 

Breakdown of Daily Activities:

  • 25% Assist in developing and maintaining editorial calendar & segmentation matrices (any and all required documentation)
  • 25% Work with agency and creative PMs to ensure creative and strategy alignment
  • 25% Assist in creating KPIs reports for measuring success against organizational objectives
  • 15% Manage execution and measure ROI of assigned CRM life cycle management programs
  • 5% Contribute to strategy development based on analytical results and competitive tracking of CRM programs
  • 5% Manage execution of ad-hoc projects as needed

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years project management experience with CRMs
  • Experience with Salesforce/ExactTarget is a plus
  • Experience working at a corporation with internal and external partners, or for an agency, is a plus
  • Experience with Smartsheets is a plus
  • Experience with the online creative process
  • Must be a highly creative problem-solver and adept a negotiating with internal clients to execute key deliverables
  • Must have a customer-focused mindset to ensure the best customer experience in each communication
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task
