We’re looking for experienced Digital Marketing Analysts to fill project-based and full-time roles. This is for consideration for multiple client positions.

Interested candidates should have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics and the tools required to measure them and be proficient in web analytics tools, optimization tools, Excel, and data visualization.

Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Analyst

  • Compile, integrate, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, expose new opportunities, and answer ongoing business questions

  • Use KPIs, diagnostics, drivers, and trends to measure performance against business goals

  • Execute descriptive and diagnostic analyses to address business questions, issues, and opportunities

  • Lead A/B testing / multivariate testing efforts; analyze results using statistical methods to make recommendations to improve user experience and business results

  • Design basic data visualizations and build reports and dashboards using tools (e.g. web analytics tools, Excel, Tableau, TIBCO Spotfire) to monitor business performance

  • Communicate analytic findings and actionable recommendations to improve business performance

  • Gather business requirements for data collection to provide implementation guidelines to the technical team

Requirements of the Digital Marketing Analyst

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 2-4 years experience in digital analytics or similar role

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics and the tools required to measure them (e.g. organic search, paid media, email marketing, content marketing, social, etc…)

  • Proficient in Web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), Optimization tools (e.g. Optimizely, Maxymiser, SEMRush, SEOprofiler), Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced formulas), data visualization (e.g. Tableau, TIBCO Spotfire), Powerpoint

  • Intellectual curiosity to keep up with the changes in Digital Analytics

  • Working knowledge of HTML is a plus
