Job Description:

Our global client is seeking a motivated, creative, out-of-the box User Experience Designer with strong design thinking skills with technical chops geared towards solving customer experience pain points. Typical responsibilities to include customer journey mapping, quantitative data analysis, qualitative user group validation, end state design (visual mock ups), low fidelity concepting (wire framing), information architecture (taxonomy & database structures), interaction design (user flows), and a functional knowledge of scripting languages (JS) and data models (JSON) in order to support high fidelity prototyping and functional development. 

Ideal Candidates will possess the following:
• 5+ years of web design and/or development experience. 
• High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, HTML5, CSS and JavaScript. 
• Demonstrated proficiency with website CMS and similar administrative software systems used to manage online products and campaigns. 
• Experience using Google products such as analytics, web master, tag manager and ad words (or Coremetrics / Omniture / WebTrends equivalents). 
• Successful experience implementing SEO and SEM strategies. 
• Strong consulting skills with thorough attention to detail. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills and the ability to work independently. 
• Bachelor’s degree or certification in related field of study. 
• Must have at least 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design Proficiency using UX and prototyping tools (Axure, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, InVision, Proto.io, etc.) 
• Experience with WCAG accessibility standards 
• Design experience for both web and mobile (iOS and Android) 
• Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design comps 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Positive attitude and be able to work effectively in a team 
• Strong sense of accountability and drive to get results 
• High attention to detail but able to work quickly to meet deadlines 
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively 
• Maintain a user-centered approach in design perspective and practice 
• Must have portfolio examples of sketches, workflows, interactions, and end state work
