The Marketing Coordinator will be tasked with general administrative support of the Marketing department, including but not limited clerical support, PO and budget administration, expense coordination, reporting and meeting coordination, as well as supporting and coordinating various marketing activities, such as project trafficking, brand support, PR and event coordination and other marketing related projects as assigned. Ideally the candidate will be familiar with traditional marketing, digital marketing and social media and is looking to work in a growing, fast-paced environment.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project routing and approval processes across multiple departments for multiple brands
  • Ensuring Marketing Request Forms are submitted and complete for all new projects coming into the Marketing Department.  Add all new projects to tracking sheets
  • Process and coordinate marketing invoices, including establishing and maintaining an organized filing and tracking system
  • Assist in coordination and implementation of digital marketing initiatives as needed, including administration and maintenance of digital dashboards to update content for multiple websites and social platforms
  • Maintain and manage brand assets and image libraries
  • Administer digital and social postings and reporting, including monitoring competitive activity
  • Support various marketing initiatives and send regular progress updates to field sales force
  • Conduct PR outreach, coordinate sample and image trafficking with various media partners
  • Update and maintain various reporting dashboards, including competitive activities, to produce monthly comparative reports and analysis





  • Bachelor's degree – preferably in Business, Marketing or Advertising
  • 3+ years of experience supporting a marketing team, preferably within an in-house marketing department, digital media group and/or ad agency
  • Experience coordinating projects with external designers and agencies


  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) - Adobe Acrobat mark-up tools and/or Photoshop is a plus
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
  • Extremely organized with the ability to support multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Able to solve problems - research and troubleshoot problems and/or potential problems in order to recommend possible solutions
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, while multi-tasking, maintaining strong attention to detail and producing quality results
  • Self-motivated, confident, energetic and creative
