As the Product Marketing Manager, CRM for client's newest subscription product, you will create the vision and direction of CRM. You’ll pave the way on deriving quantitative customer insights that drive business decisions across functions. You’ll also pursue new marketing channels and partnerships that drive customer acquisition and retention. Your are a strategic thinker, problem solver and exceptional marketer with the proven ability to multi-task and experience leading and executing global campaigns. In this critical and highly visible role, you will have an opportunity to make direct impact on the future of a new product at client.
Top Daily Responsibilities:
_Lead and implement CRM strategies with the overarching goal of acquiring and retaining subscribers. Ensure the strategies align with those of other products’ CRM teams.
_Develop business plans backed by customer insights and business cases. Deliver and propose plans to cross-functional stakeholders and executives for funding and approval.
_Lead segmentation strategies, testing, and creative execution.
_Develop and maintain strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships across multiple levels. Understand other teams’ goals, seek their input, and incorporate their expertise into your plans. Gain their commitment and support for your projects and initiatives.
_BA/BS degree or minimum 8+ years practical experience.
_7 years of digital marketing experience in B2C subscription marketing, consulting, or related field working with cross-functional teams.
_Experience with customer-centric marketing, customer insights, email best practices and other digital marketing strategies.
_Experience rolling out data-driven marketing campaigns using iterative A/B test designs.
