Job Description:

As the Brand Management Producer, you lead the operations and improve the process for Brand Management. You are informed on how the brand looks, feels and behaves and can effectively respond to incoming approval requests. You identify brand opportunities and work with your project leads to plan new projects. You collaborate with product, hardware, and marketing teams to harmonize everything and make everything feel, look, and behave according to the Brand guidelines. Your projects often span offices, time zones and hemisphere and it’s your job to keep all the players coordinated.

Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with brand design, brand management, naming, and/or brand identity projects in a marketing function or a brand agency, and working with structured marketing approvals processes
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management
- Solid project management experience, with the ability to define projects, execute within timelines, with multiple stakeholders and the proven ability to deliver projects on time and to budget
- Ability to build and maintain constructive working and communications relationships with a diverse community of technical and creative audiences
- Comfort staying calm in the face of challenges while keeping things moving rapidly
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills
- Able to juggle multiple projects, short deadlines, and a variety of stakeholders all at once

- Manage requests, project priorities, and support workload distribution
- Find opportunities to streamline, connect, and simplify approvals processes on brand guidance, naming, domains, and brand permissions
- Find solutions to a variety of product and brand challenges that are in line with the client brand guidelines
- Identify gaps in existing brand guidelines and processes based on feedback and questions
- Work with design, product marketing, legal, localization, technical teams and branding agencies
- Provide frequent project feedback and updates as projects develop (includes flagging issues and helping to identify possible solutions)
- Support the team in what's required to move projects forward
