Job Description:

The PBM CRM is responsible for supporting and enabling the timely completion of CRM team deliverables by providing project management, facilitating cross-functional stakeholder communication, driving the approval processes and managing internal and external stakeholder expectations.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Supports CRM editorial content planning; manages cross-team coordination and communication; manages all approvals related to email; supports the collection and development of evergreen and new CRM editorial content for the CRM content library.
Provides project management for OPA, Product, Gamma, Spam, User Trust and Analytics issues and requests; project manages the end to end localization process for CRM emails across regions
Serves as a single point of contact for internal stakeholder and partner requests for CRM information and updates; circulates plans, reports and other documents as needed. Insure the internal team CRM page is updated weekly with new content

Overall Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (no specific field required)
Minimum 5 years experience as a project manager or a CRM marketing manager
Minimum 2 years email marketing experience
Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
Experience with B2C marketing / lifecycle marketing preferred / customer loyalty and retention
Proven track record of exceptional performance and high productivity
Exceptional program/project management and organizational skills
Strong understanding of product positioning and marketing
Analytical mindset with strong quantitative reasoning, creativity, and strategic skills
Experience in a customer facing or partnership role a plus
Experience using spreadsheet and presentation tools
Keen attention to detail and creative judgement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
