AQUENT is seeking a Communications Coordinator for an exciting opportunity!
In this role you will provide day-to-day support, work in a rapid environment, and have the opportunity to play a critical role in building associate experiences from the ground-up. Must be able to manage and execute on multiple projects at a time.
Responsibilities of this role will include:
-Manage various aspects of program processes including: event planning, communications, data management (survey reports / data analysis), and other tactical aspects for the program.
-Partner with program leads to coordinate logistics, including booking speakers and SMEs for training sessions; as well as ensuring facilitation of courses, tracking of course materials, attendee satisfaction and quality metric demands are met.
-Own and maintain the department intranet site.
-Manage and coordinate event-related communications, digital and printed materials, A/V needs, and activity materials, as needed.
-Seek continuous improvement by identifying new ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of coordinating and administering program activities.
3+ years experience in a project/process management
Technical Knowledge: MS Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience
