Consumer Direct Performance Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare the performance reports for the Consumer Direct business and provide analysis to understand the current state of the business and to guide future decisions. Reports include, but are not limited to, daily, weekly and monthly updates.
· Consumer Performance reporting and Analysis - 30%
o B2C – performance of revenue, cost of sale, marketing dollars to understand as it relates to marketing initiatives. (Finance puts together a P&L. This role will be more focused around marketing efforts. Example -What did paid search generate in revenue? What did marketing generate in revenue to understand how marketing efforts are performing.)
o Monthly big reporting package. Daily email performance, weekly email, etc.. Working with entire team to pull all info together… putting it together in dashboards for senior leadership.
o Channel snapshots included in the deck.
o Qtly reviews with HQ. They send a deck template that needs to be completed.
o Annual planning. Revenue numbers and how they will get there. Digital media would be good to have, but would be better to have more analysis than digital media.
o Pull it all together, analyze it and provide feedback on the “why”. Curiosity.
· Google Analytics analysis - 30%
o Using Google Analytics to pull data for reporting and answers.
o Understanding performance and identify opportunities with the site.
o Google Analytics Cert would be nice to have.
o Help with Maxymizer
· Supporting Consumer Research through Qualtrics - 20%
o Customer feedback and insights… Looking at the numbers.
o Helping to maintain a dashboard for reporting to SLT
o Monitor trends.. what are customer saying most.. complaints… suggestions from customers
o Being able to communicate in a concise way.
o 30,000 emails sent out weekly 1,000’s of responses per week.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Research, Marketing Analytics or related field
Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in financial reporting and analytics ideally in a regulated industry, financial or insurance industry is preferred
Strong analytical skills, including experience structuring, analyzing and interpreting large volumes of data into actionable insights
Expertise with Google Analytics required (certification required)
Experience working with an online survey tool such as Qualtrics preferred
Strong working knowledge of digital media and customer experience methodologies
Proficiency with a variety of other enterprise technologies including PeopleSoft modules that are used by the company, Microsoft office, and Cognos
Curiosity and an interest in digging into the details to learn something new
Strong communication skills
Experience working with various internal stakeholders, including marketing leadership, sales, implementation, finance, operations, product and creative services teams
