Job Description:


Role will focus primarily on Quality Assurance through the E2E process of Marketing and ensuring content accuracy. In order to ensure accuracy prior to publication to consumer, individual is expected to communicate to both the Marketing team and the Marketing Operations team to verify build data accurately aligns with marketing strategy details. Role will include diligent review of all images, text, links, etc. within all Marketing assets including, but not limited to: e-mail marketing material,  internal placement ads/banners, checkout banners, marketing incentive offers, social/paid media and additional marketing products. Individual will identify errors in an efficient manner (limiting any delay to the Marketing publication schedule) and escalate to appropriate Stakeholders for immediate correction. Individual may be tasked with identifying additional QA process enhancements, QA checklists and required to document each. 

Key Expertise: 

Experience with Marketing campaign development process 
Operational experience 
Experience with proofreading and reviewing Marketing material 
High attention to detail is a must 
Strong communication skills 
Efficient problem-solving skills with quick turn-around times for day-to-day tasks 
Marketing compliance knowledge is a plus 
Financial services knowledge is a plus 

Must Have:
Front end testing (marketing) experience required 
They will be making sure formatting, images, dates, coding, all are correct 
Prefer experience in social media 
Experience with end to end marketing 
They will need to identify errors quickly and efficiently 
Must have attention to detail, escalate errors to the marketing team 
Experience with proofreading is a plus
