Job Description:

Reports to: Senior Director, Marketing Services 

The Role: Support for design and production of visual communication materials for client’s events, products, services, and presentations. 

The Impact: This role ensures the timely design and production deliverables to support events and the marketing of client's products and services, while adhering to established visual identity standards. 

Responsibilities: 
•Design and produce a variety of materials for 30+ annual client and internal events, including signage, stage pieces, handouts, programs, registration materials, and presentations; maintain inventory of signage and trade show materials 
•Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, market sheets, email artwork, reports, awards, advertisements, and images for both online and print distribution 
•Create new and format existing presentations with images, infographics, charts, graphs, diagrams and tables to visually present data in a compelling way 
•Serve as a brand champion to ensure the consistent, clear usage of the brand and follow established visual identity standards 
•Develop and maintain relationships with vendors for production of quality materials on time and on budget 

Qualifications: 
•Bachelors in Art, Graphic Design or Marketing 
•5-7 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an in-house corporate design department 
•Expert organizational skills and attention to detail 
•Ability to multi-task and be flexible when priorities change 
•Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on clear, concise email messages 
•Knowledge of printing processes for large-scale deliverables 
•Knowledge and experience with set design and stage signage for events a plus 
•Extensive knowledge of the latest Adobe Creative Cloud suite of products, primarily InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop on the Macintosh Platform 
•Knowledge of the Microsoft Office platform (Word, Excel, and Outlook scheduling) – Mac or PC

This designer will understand the established design guidelines but has the confidence to bend or expand on the rules to deliver the best product for our internal and external clients. 

Must be able to work on-site 
Heavy InDesign and Illustrator 
Excellent Production Skills 
Print Heavy work-for Specific Events 

This is potentially a 25-30 hour a week gig that will ultimately be 40 hours with the potential to go perm after awhile.
