Job Description:


Position Summary: 
Supports all areas of CRM in the development and execution of targeted marketing strategies to improve retention, increase revenue, minimize costs and maintain a quality customer experience. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 
Develops and implements communications across all channel (email, DM, OTM, OVM, digital) based on CRM strategies 
Works closely with Marketing Ops, Customer care, email, OTM, OVM and mail vendors to implement campaigns accurately and effectively. 
Works closely with creative to develop materials and ensures that creative execution is consistent with strategy. 
Reviews all materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness 
Ensures accurate and effective implementation of all strategies and policies by working closely with multiple resources including Marketing Ops, Customer Care, and outside vendors. Must be able to establish productive relationships across the organization. 
Reviews and audits existing campaigns and marketing materials; tests emails, reviews scripts, monitors to calls. 
Compiles results from marketing programs to help identify trends. 
Tracks, monitors and analyzes results of all marketing efforts and tests. 
Supports team with ad hoc projects. 
Point person for all invoices and promotional expenses for team 

BA in related area 

Requirements and General Skills: 
Strong direct marketing, analytical and operational skills. 
Strong orientation to detail 
Excellent time management and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
Excellent oral and written communication skills; must be able to communicate clearly and credibly to colleagues across the organization and to senior management. 
Fast learner, self-motivated and resourceful. 
Both a proactive team player and independent worker. 
Flexible and maintains positive attitude when under pressure and deadlines 
Knowledge/interest in pop culture and mainstream entertainment a plus 

Technical Skills: 
Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
