Job Description:

The Digital Experience Strategic Planning and Operations (fka Planning and Rapid Response) team is focused on the following: 

1. identification and prioritization of strategic opportunities 
2. partnering cross functionally to drive end to end business planning and investment cases 
3. leading cross functional execution to ensure successful launch of strategic efforts 

The Strategy and Operations Program Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Digital Experience Strategic Planning and Operations across a range of initiatives that requires a broad mix of work. This role contributes to the success of strategic initiatives by persistent follow up, strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines. 

They will support the work of the Planning and Operations team which includes: 
- Following up and tracking critical business efforts 
- Maintaining progress reports, decks, wikis and metrics for the Digital Experience team 
- Assisting in the roll out of cross organizational programs to SamsClub.com 

- Strong communication and synthesis skills 
- Analytical, structured, organized, detail oriented 
- Flexible, adaptable, able to shift with changing priorities 
- Know Excel, Powerpoint, and Word. Have the aptitude and willingness to quickly learn how to use Slack, Box, Sharepoint and other collaboration and communication systems. 
- Able to juggle competing priorities and tight deadlines 
- Be a team player with a can do attitude and willingness to pitch in to get things done 
- Project or program management experience a plus 

Additonal Details: 
The Strategy and Operations Program Coordinator will work on various initiatives on the team including, but not exclusive to the following: 
- Producing and maintaining communication plans 
- Overseeing program updates, dashboards, and status reports 
- Maintaining relationships with program stakeholders to ensure alignment 
- Taking and tracking project intake requests
