Job Description:

One of our Fortune 500 and financial clients is in need of a Jr. Project Manager for their Owings Mills Mills location near Maryland. This is a year long-term assignment with option for further extension.

The Jr. PM will provide periodic maintenance of more than 250 pieces of sales/marketing collateral. This includes:

Brochures, fund stories, menu/hard cards, value add and firm-level PowerPoint presentations, training aids, firm overviews, POD kit cover letters, positioning statements, sales team bios, scorecards and 3rd party fact sheets (RPAG) to name a few.

These pieces are used heavily by field sales and home office account teams (1) in 1:1 conversations with intermediary clients, (2) at events (industry sponsorships, and client-specific) and (3) for digital and hard copy mailings. They are also used in for marketing campaigns and can be accessed via email, website, banner ads and webcasts. Day-to-Day Maintenance: Refreshing existing sales/marketing collateral with current content (data and copy), Project management / trafficking with IMG, Offer team, Internal Agency and Legal, Uploading and tagging content in Seismic.

Ideal Candidate MUST HAVE:

3-5 years of proven Project Management experience (marketing space highly preferred). Experience using Agile methodology and Basecamp, Jira, and Trello project management tools is a must have. Experience using Seismic (Content Management System) highly preferred.

Resource must understand theories of project management, as well as understanding how to put those theories into action. Experience developing project schedules in MS Project, tracking progress, developing project status reports, and creating executive summaries. Requirements gathering experience, presentation development, and experience in a client facing role - working with and developing relationships with stakeholders. Proven success managing multiple mid-large projects. Certifications are a Plus.
