A leading energy company is looking for a Digital & Mobile Content Strategist to join their Corporate Affairs team. This person will be responsible for overseeing all digital content, including the website, apps, and third-party promotional pages. Will test and launch key site features, including My Account, and create and coordinate change management communications. Will collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to promote products and services on dedicated landing pages. Has the ability to boil down complex concepts into succinct, easy-to-scan copy that is efficient and engaging. Will maintain the brand voice across all touchpoints, and champion a mobile-first methodology and will use data and metrics to develop copy and defend decisions related to content presentation and cadence.
· 2 years experience creating and publishing web-based content.
· Experience monitoring and reporting web-site analytics.
· Be detail oriented, a strategic thinker, and adaptable to changing conditions.
· Software: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Google Analytics, and CMS such as SiteCore or SharePoint.
