Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

- Ultimately responsible for senior, enterprise wide communications and change management for Cybersecurity Forensics project/s. In addition to developing strategy, key activities include:


• Define Success Vision & Frame

• Conduct Initial Change Assessment

• Develop, Review & Monitor Sponsor Plan

• Conduct, Review & Monitor Stakeholder Analysis

• Complete & Update Stakeholder Engagement Log

• Develop, Update & Implement Communication & Engagement Plan 

• Conduct Change Impact Assessment 

• Complete Training & Development Analysis 

• Discuss Training & Development results with L&D Advisor and/or IT BCM

• Create and Implement Training & Development Plan and Logistics Schedule

• Conduct Business Readiness Assessment


Education/Experience Required:

- 10+ years of deep change and engagement consulting delivery and project leadership

- 8-10 years' of experience with executive and/or enterprise-wide communications experience and engagement background

- Experience with projects requiring significant behavioral change

- Ability to excel across broad firm responsibilities, including driving large complex project teams and managing client relationships
