Job Description:

The QA Marketing Assistant is responsible for flawless execution of in-season discount and category-driven promotions management for the brand's site. This position will report to the Sr. Marketing Manager, Email & Omni Promotions. 

Key Roles & Responsibilities 
• Own QA of promotional marketing communication across email, site & mobile 
• Assist in set up of customer facing promotional codes for US & CDA 
• Maintain database for tracking promotional activity on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis 
• Work with web production team to ensure all promotions are accurate & launching on time 
• Participate in marketing calendar strategy meetings and email vendor meetings 
• Provide additional day to day support for the promotional marketing team

• Cross-Functional marketing team, Production, Creative, and CRM. 

• High attention to detail 
• Thrive and remain flexible in fast-paced, ambiguous environment 
• Strong organizational and time management/prioritization skills 
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work with cross-functional teams 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• 1-2 years of work experience in online marketing or online retail 
• Some experience with email service providers, such as ExactTarget, Epsilon, or Responsys 
• BA/BS degree; preferred major in Business or Marketing
