Job Description:

Project Overview:
As a designer for this team, you will build delightful, polished experiences that excite users. Your work will involve creating interfaces that solve complex interactions with elegance and simplicity. You’ll contribute to the overall product strategy through concept generation, prototyping and collaboration with with UX team to promote feature integration, as well as working with researchers to design user experiments to test your designs. Your job is to make sure that the products are intuitive, accessible and usable to millions of users.

Our ideal candidate will be a systems-level thinker with an eye for visual pixels. We’re looking for someone with an uncanny sense for simplifying complexity, and creating elegant and intuitive UI. Overall Responsibilities:
Polish and continually refine existing products.
Collaborate with and develop mutual respect and trust with product managers, engineers, researchers and designers.
Participate in regular design reviews and other team-wide design efforts. Participate in user experience research and usability studies.

Top 3 daily responsibilities:
Lead creative and holistic thinking from the ground up for features that cross platforms and devices.
Demonstrates practices for design craft and production that align with established product/brand patterns & standards.
Develop design rationale and explain visual choices to cross-functional teams; express concepts verbally and visually.

Required Skills:
BA/BS in Graphic Design or Human Computer-Interaction
0-2 Years of experience in UX Design
A strong portfolio of work samples showcasing UX prowess, creativity, and depth of thought for robust mobile and web applications.
Fluency with visual and interaction design tools
Proven track record of designing and shipping successful software design experiences
The ability to work within a highly technical environment; good understanding of technical requirements and limitations

Preferred qualifications
Strong, clean interaction and visual design
Good motion design sense
Quick interface prototype (Principles, Framer, etc.)
Good understanding of designing across multiple device types and contexts (mobile, desktop, accessories)
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
